Pathan Advance Booking Day 1: According to the report of the box office business tracking website ‘Sacnilk’, even before the release, ‘Pathan’ has collected a gross collection of Rs 20.36 crore for the opening day from advance booking. The biggest booking of this film , has been done in Mumbai and Delhi-NCR. The gross collection of Rs 2.64 crore and Rs 2.38 crore has been done for the first day from both these places. Interestingly, Monday and Tuesday are still left for the advance booking of the film. While most of the shows ranging from single screen theaters to multiplexes are already houseful.
Bumper booking in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata as well
In South India, the biggest advance booking for ‘Pathan’ has been done in Bengaluru (1.75 crore) and Hyderabad (2.01 crore). While a gross collection of Rs 2.14 crore has been done from Kolkata as well. In view of the increasing crowd of spectators and the craze of fans, many theaters have also kept shows at 6 in the morning. Shah Rukh Khan is making a comeback on the big screen after four years with his 2018 release ‘Zero’. Deepika Padukone and John Abraham are also with him in this film. While Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are doing cameos in it.
KGF 2’s record broken, now ‘Pathan’ will beat ‘Bahubali 2’
According to the figures so far, ‘Pathan’ has left behind Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s ‘Brahmastra’ and KGF 2 in terms of advance booking. However, it is currently lagging behind the Hindi advance bookings of Prabhas’ Baahubali 2. The first day advance booking of ‘Bahubali 2’ was 6.50 lakh tickets in the Hindi version. While in the case of KGF 2, the Hindi version sold 5.15 lakh tickets for the opening day.
‘Pathan’ will earn 300 crores worldwide in the first weekend
The figures of ‘Pathan’ are clearly telling that it will become the strongest advance booking film , by beating ‘Bahubali 2’. Market experts say that ‘Pathan’ can make a net collection of Rs 35-40 crore on the opening day. Whereas on the very next day of release, due to the holiday of January 26, this earning can reach Rs 45-47 crores. If all goes well, this film made under the direction of Siddharth Anand will easily collect Rs 300 crores worldwide in its first weekend of 5 days.
