    Bombay High Court to hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea today

    The Bombay High Court will hear Aryan Khan’s bail plea in the Mumbai drugs cruise case on Wednesday. In the affidavit given by the NCB in the Bombay High Court, he has told the relation of actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan to the International Drugs Syndicate. The Narcotics Control Bureau has argued in the High Court that if Aryan Khan gets bail, then this decision will derail the investigation of this entire case. So on the other side advocate Mukul Rohatgi said that Aryan is still very young, keeping him in jail is not proper but instead he should be sent to rehabilitation center.

    Aryan Khan’s bail plea has already been rejected by Magistrate Court and Sessions Court. The NCB which has accused Aryan of having links with the International Drugs Syndicate has also imposed sections on Aryan of being involved in the conspiracy. The NCB, in its affidavit filed in the court, citing the example of Prabhakar Sail, said that every effort is being made to derail the investigation in this case, using different tactics to obstruct the investigation. have been

    NCB further said that no such document which Prabhakar Cell is referring to has been produced in any court or court. NCB says that Aryan is a powerful person who can tamper with evidence and evidence after being released. NCB said about Aryan and Arbaaz Merchant that they have a good relationship with each other, they are each other’s allies, due to which their roles cannot be seen from different perspectives.

    Aryan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for Aryan in front of Justice Nitin Sambre, said that he has nothing to do with the Samir Wankhede and Prabhakar cell dispute at a distance. Mukul Rohatgi urged the court to decide without being affected by these disputes. He further said that I have nothing against any NCB official. Rohatgi further said that Aryan has nothing to do with any kind of conspiracy, so common phrase like conspiracy against him should not be used.

    Mukul Rohatgi further said that the chat that NCB has been talking about is from 2018, not a single chat is related to the cruise drugs case. During the raid, no drugs were recovered from Aryan, there is no panchnama of his mobile being confiscated. After making this argument, he said that keeping Aryan in jail is not proper but instead he should be sent to rehabilitation centre.
