The last hearing in the Aryan Khan drugs case was held on October 14, in which Mumbai Sessions Court Judge VV Patil heard both the sides and kept the decision of Aryan’s bail in this case till 20th.
On Wednesday, October 20, the judge, while pronouncing the operative order, said that the court rejects Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail applications along with Aryan Khan. If Aryan Khan wants bail now, then he will have to file a petition in the Bombay High Court, but before that he will have to get the order copy out, which may take some time. Let us tell you that Aryan Khan’s lawyer cannot file a petition in the High Court until the order copy is issued.

Today at 2.45 pm Judge VV Patil reached the Sessions Court and while pronouncing the operative order he simply said “Bail Rejected”. Outside the sessions court, when the media asked Aryan Khan’s lawyer the reason for the bail being rejected, he said that there is no information about why the bail has been rejected, it is difficult to say anything until the order copy comes. For Shahrukh Khan and his family, this case is getting worse because now if he files a petition in the High Court, then once again the hearing will be done from the beginning, which will take a lot of time and not only this, his lawyer has to send the order copy. In view of this, concrete arguments have to be given on all the reasons due to which the sessions court has rejected the bail application.
Many new things are still coming out in this case, according to the information, the WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan presented by the NCB in the court also have the name of a debut actor who talked about Aryan’s drugs. The name of that actor has not been revealed yet.
