I don’t know why he was being tortured and his image was tarnished in this case. The Bombay High Court said during the hearing that there is no strong ground to keep Aryan Khan in jail. Arbaaz Merchant’s father Aslam told the media that these children were shocked. Imagine the plight of others in prison. The system needs improvement. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi told the media that Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha are expected to come out of jail on Friday or Saturday.

Court said – there is no ground to keep him in jail
Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi argued in the Bombay High Court that the use of withdrawn statements during the bail hearing was a violation of constitutional rights. How can it be that what cannot be used during trial can be used to deny me bail now, he said. Aryan Khan’s counsel has also argued that the NCB cannot “combine” all the drugs found in different quantities and then say that “commercial quantities” have been recovered.
