The reason for this is that the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) closed the online window for filling CA online exam form on August 31 itself. Because of this, thousands of students across the country were deprived of filling the forms.
It is worth noting that every time the date of online exam form of CA by ICAI is till the first week of September. For this reason, most of the students were sitting preparing to fill the form in September. But this time the online window was closed by ICAI on 31st August itself. During this period, thousands of students of the country were not able to fill the exam form. Students have appealed to council members and ICAI President Aniket Sunil Talati. Students are ready to fill the exam form along with late fees also. But no decision has been taken by ICAI yet. The number of such students across the country is more than 1 thousand. In the past too, the date for filling the ICAI form has been extended even in odd circumstances. But this time ICAI’s stance is tough. Sources say that the office bearers of the organization are ready to open the online window again, but the President is not ready for it. In such a situation, the future of thousands of children is in darkness.
New course will start next time
Significantly, ICAI is bringing new courses from May 2024 while keeping the old courses till November 2023 exam only. Students who have been preparing under the old course for the last several years should have got additional attempts under the old syllabus at least 2 times. Which is not available now. It is not easy to convert into new course, convert into subject and convert into new syllabus so quickly.
No one is ready to listen to the pleas of the children.

ICAI office bearers also know that there are some children who are being harmed. Parents say that arrangements should be made to give exams to the children. If necessary, heavy penalty can also be imposed on the students. By doing this, at least the future of the students will not go dark.
