1.Candidate must be a citizen of India
2. For this scholarship, it is very important for the student to be in this post graduation course.
3.Candidate must have at least 7.5 CGPA in undergraduate examinations and must also have given GATE examination but this is optional.
4.Applying students should have admission in any of the branches given on the website like Material Science and Engineering and Life Sciences.
