Mumbai TV actress Chahatt Khanna says negative trolling and derogatory comments on social media used to affect her mentally, but now she is learning to handle it all.
The actress said: Earlier I used to take comments more seriously now I have learned to ignore them and focus on positive things in my life. It is important to address the issue of online trolling and cyberbullying as it can affect people’s mental health.
Chahat Khanna has worked in the TV serial Kumkum Kajal Kabul Hai Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. He further said that online trolling can affect a person’s mental health and well-being.
He said that people unnecessarily comment on someone’s looks and it is unfortunate and disrespectful. Chahat requested people to spread positivity.
He further said: I have appealed to people to spread positivity on social media instead of spreading negativity. I believe that social media can be a powerful tool to connect people and spread positivity, if used in the right way. It is important to remember that everyone has the right to express themselves and be themselves without fear of persecution. We all should try to use social media responsibly and spread positivity instead of hatred.
