Lucknow. Rapido, India’s fastest growing bike-taxi app, announced the launch of its first celebrity campaign “Smart Ho To Rapido”. Rapido’s strategic objective behind launching this campaign is to position itself as a consumer centric brand and educate people about its key offerings and special features. For the first time, the company has roped in the superstars of the film to create awareness about its unique and best-in-class services. The company wants to strengthen its presence in the market and change the way people travel everyday.
Going live from November 5, this 6-week campaign will feature two films for the HSM (Hardware Security Modules) and non-HHM markets. The film made for HSM market is directed by Sijil Srivastava and film produced for non HSM market is directed by Trivikram Srinivas. These films have been produced by Dream Vault Media. Superstars Ranveer Singh and Allu Arjun will be seen in this ad campaign film. The campaign will go on air on OOH, radio, TV and digital platforms in 14 cities across the country.

As part of the ad campaign, Ranveer Singh and Allu Arjun will entertain their fans by portraying two smart and cunning personalities, Babban and Guru. These unique and interesting characters will guide the daily commuters who are fed up with the hassles of traveling in buses and autos by giving them the option to choose Rapido as the smart option of commuting anywhere. Bike-taxi offered by Rapido can cut down on your travel time. Rapido will provide its customers with timely, convenient and affordable rides.

Rapido has made a strong commitment to grow its business and deliver its products locally to its customers. This allowed the company to recover up to 85 percent of its total revenue compared to pre-Corona levels. The company is all set to take its business to new heights after securing a funding of $52 million in August 2021. This includes increasing its auto fleet to 5 lakh autos by the end of 2021.
