Mathura. MoU has been signed between GLA University, Mathura and Ingenuity Gaming Pvt. Ltd., Noida. Through this MoU, computer science and engineering students will get new opportunities to conduct research in the gaming field. The university is setting new dimensions every day in the field of computer engineering. The departmental students are being motivated by the professors in ways to develop new concepts globally in the field of gaming. Not only this, many research and project development are being done in this area by the departmental students and teachers for the last several years. Recently, MoU has been signed between GLA University and Ingenuity Gaming Pvt Ltd, Noida in order to motivate and implement more research work among the students. This MoU has come into effect after the signing of Ashok Kumar Singh, Registrar, University, and Narendra Chandel, Director – Human Resources, Ingenuity Gaming.
On this occasion Associate Dean Academic Collaboration Prof. Dilip Kumar Sharma informed that this MoU will act as a written understanding of mutually agreed principles to guide academic and research activities between the two bodies. Also, its objectives include jointly proposing research and training programmes. Ingenuity Gaming Company will provide the facility of gaming development to the students. For this, students will get complete information about gaming development in the modern labs of the university.
Dr. Rohit Agrawal, Head of the Department said that the MoU will provide placement support, industry centric courses related to curriculum design and creative laboratory development for the students of GLA University. Expressing hope that under this MoU, skill development courses, projects, seminars, workshops, conferences and programs will be organized jointly at the state, national and international level at regular intervals. On the occasion of the signing of this multi-faceted MoU, GLA Vice Chancellor Prof. Falguni Gupta, Dean Academic Affairs Prof. Anoop Kumar Gupta and other officials have expressed happiness.
