Bihar is a city which is still progressing and it may still take time to develop fully. In some areas, women are still unable to go to school, although there are many women who have taken Bihar to a new height. Aakriti Verma is one of them. She is one of the very few women to enter the cement industry who is pursuing her business in Patna after completing her education from Singapore.
Let us tell you that Aakriti is the founder and director of Renaissance Industries Private Limited, she has done MBA from Singapore. And she has graduated from Delhi University. Aakriti hails from Patna, Bihar. After doing MBA, he started the business of AKV Wall Putty in 2018.
It was very difficult for Aakriti to establish her business in Bihar, because there is still no special system for entrepreneurs in Bihar. It is not a small thing for a woman to open a factory in Bihar, as most of these jobs are done by men. But despite studying from Singapore where Aakriti could have achieved a very good future without any struggle, she has set an example by choosing a difficult path.
She hopes her story will inspire other women to start their own construction companies. In today’s era where women have to face challenges, Aakriti has achieved this position by overcoming many obstacles. Given the paucity of women entrepreneurs in the business sector, there was a need to provide Aakriti a space that encourages more women to invest in a sector that contributes to India’s growth. She has set an example in the field of a limited startup like Bihar as a woman entrepreneur.
Aakriti takes immense pride in this and wants to say to all the women and girls that change can start at any time. All you have to do is delay.
