The company’s announcement will result in a significant increase in the net worth of Akshata Murthy, wife of British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. As per the share pattern, Akshata Murthy will get around Rs 70 crore as dividend.
By this point in the current financial year, Akshata Murthy will get a boost of up to Rs 138 crore as dividend from Infosys. Earlier, Rs 68 crore was paid as dividend to Akshata Murthy in the first quarter of the current financial year.
