Indian Railways has recently started Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana. Under which the Railways had given training to some youths to teach employable skills to the unemployed youth. For this, the Railways had started workshops in different divisions under the Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana, in which many promising youth participated. Now after completing the training, the Railway Department has started the work of distributing certificates to the trainees. Both men and women are involved in this workshop.
Distribution certificate given to 146 trainees
East Central Railway is now distributing certificates to youth under Rail Kaushal Vikas Yojana after completion of training of trainees. So far, under this scheme, training has been given to the trainees in two batches, which includes a total of 146 trainees. Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Divisional Railway Manager of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Division, gave certificates to all the trainees after training. Now with this certificate youth can start their employment or will be able to get employment anywhere. Divisional Railway Manager of Samastipur Division, Alok Agrawal gave certificates to a total of 17 trainees who were trained in fitter trade at Supervisor Training Center. Whereas, Chief Factory Manager Dilip Kumar in Harnaut gave certificates to 20 and 18 trainees of Machinist and Welder categories respectively. Gave.

What is skill development scheme
Under the skill development scheme, the work of training promising youth is done. By which youth can make themselves self-sufficient by making them capable. Under this scheme, youth in the age group of 18 to 35 who have passed class 10th can get free training on the basis of merit. Free training can be availed on the basis of merit. This scheme helps in improving the employability of the youth and honing the skills of the self-employed youth.
