As many as 38 lakh children from 1.23 lakh schools are expected to be included under the survey. For this, in addition to 1,83,488 field investigators, 1,23, 729 supervisors, 733 district level coordinators and district nodal officers, 36 state nodal officers have been appointed in each state and union territory, besides 1500 board representatives have been appointed.
