- Instructions given to the concerned Sector Magistrate/Principal to conduct the examinations in a proper manner

For the purpose of conducting the UP Board examination peacefully and without copying, District Magistrate Ramesh Ranjan and Superintendent of Police Vineet Jaiswal visited the examination centers operated in JPS Inter College, Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College and Shri Maharaj Kamal Singh Inter College in Tehsil Sikandrao. . The examination is being conducted in a transparent, copy-free manner. He himself checked the admit card and identity card of the candidates.
During the inspection, he took stock of the security arrangements of the control room and double lock etc. The District Magistrate checked the status of operation of CCTV cameras from the CCTV camera room installed in the school. In which all the CCTV cameras were found to be operational. During the inspection, after inspecting the double lock of question paper and answer sheets, he ensured that the concerned Sector Magistrate/Principal should conduct the examinations in a proper manner. There should be no negligence in this. He said that before the commencement of the examination, the candidates should be given admission in the school only after matching the photo with the Aadhar card besides conducting intensive search and conducting of the admit card at the main gate of the school. If any candidate is found copying in the examination hall or any material related to copying is found, then make sure to register an FIR against him. On this occasion, he said that while removing question papers and sealing of answer sheets, action should be taken under the supervision of CCTV. After removing the question paper from the double lock, instructions were given to seal it immediately and instructions were also given to keep the CCTV cameras installed in the double lock room for 24 hours.
During the inspection, Additional District Magistrate V/R Dr. Basant Agarwal, Deputy District Magistrate Sikandrarao Ankur Verma, District School Inspector Ritu Goyal, Principal, Sector Magistrate etc. were present.
