On the other hand, a one day seminar was organized by Academic Success Center (ASC) of GLA University, Mathura, in which Professor Kavita Singh (Faculty of Management Studies) of Delhi University described gender sensitivity as very important.
Professor Kavita said that education is defined as a medium to make the society elegant and beautiful. Also told that any nation and society can be advanced and progressive only when all the genders living in it give respect and priority to each other’s feelings. Head of BEd Department and Director of ASC Prof. Kavita Verma told that the members of various departments of GLA participated in the seminar and got to know the seriousness of the subject through questions related to gender sensitivity.
