Delhi School Assessment: A change has been brought in the assessment of Delhi’s schools. It focuses on learning and understanding more than just rote learning. During exams, a situation like stress arises on the children. In this it will prove to be much better for them to learn and understand.
This assessment of Delhi government has been introduced for all schools, government, non-government, recognized, government-aided, unaided. With this, the students will understand the real situation of education and they will be able to understand their subject better. So the Delhi government has implemented this assessment for the better future of the students.
The process of new evaluation has been taken out in the new assessment. In this, the weightage of marks obtained in the examination of the students will not be counted for promotion to the higher class. As per the new assessment guideline, students of classes 3 to 8 will be assessed for the Desh Bhakti course. Whereas, students of classes 9 to 11 will be assessed for the Entrepreneurship and Mindset course. Class 11 students will be assessed on additional measurement penalty. In which there will be participation of business blasters.
Delhi Education Minister Sisodia elaborated the process of evaluation and said that now the exam will have such sets, in which questions will be selected from the students on the basis of application of the concepts of these courses in real life, unfamiliar situations. Critical thinking and analytical abilities of the students will be strengthened in this process. In this, there will be no mental pressure on the students and they will be able to understand and learn their subjects very well.

The question paper for the annual examinations will be prepared by CBSE or Directorate of Education.
The question paper will be designed for mid term, pre board and annual examinations, assessing the students according to real life, unfamiliar situations.

The results of each test will be analyzed, with more focus on the difficult topics and chapters of the children.
After this assessment, problems like copying, partiality, injustice, harassment will not arise in the examination.
