Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in Preliminary and Main Examination respectively. The result of prelims exam will be released between 20 to 30 January 2023. Those who will clear the prelims exam will have to apply for the main exam. The applications for the mains exam will start in February 2023. Main exam will be conducted in March 2023 and its result will be declared in April 2023. Bihar will shortlist candidates for BSSC Mains exam in the ratio of 1:5 writ total number of vacancies available. The appointment will be recommended in May-June 2023.
