Petrol is being sold at Rs 95.26 per liter and diesel at Rs 86.80 per liter in Lucknow today. Let us tell you that in the month of October, there has been an increase in oil prices 24 times. This reduction came due to the reduction in excise duty on petrol and diesel by the central government. Along with this, the state governments in many states have also reduced the prices at their own level. For example, petrol diesel has become cheaper by Rs 12-12 in UP.
