Yesterday, an information was given from the official ‘X’ handle of the Finance Ministry, under which it was told that the government has decided to increase the gratuity limit along with the family pension of the agents and employees working in LIC.
Under this new decision, the gratuity limit for LIC agents has been increased from Rs 300000 to Rs 500000 and also in this decision, the provision of agents being eligible under renewal commission has also been implemented. In this regard, it is being said that LIC agents and employees will benefit from this and their standard of living will also improve.

In this post, it has been told by the Finance Ministry that the Finance Ministry gives its approval to the welfare measures for LIC agents and employees. Under this, increase in the gratuity limit of agents has been approved. Along with this, a provision has also been made for eligibility for renewal commission of agents. At the same time, the amount of insurance cover has also been increased from Rs 25000 to Rs 150000. Earlier this amount was Rs 3000 to Rs 10000. At the same time, family pension at a fixed rate has also been approved.
Regarding this new change made by the Finance Ministry, it is being said that it will greatly benefit the LIC agents and their employees.
Lakhs of agents and employees will be able to avail benefits
Regarding this change, the Finance Ministry has said that lakhs of employees and agents will be able to take advantage of it. More than 13 lakh agents and more than 1 lakh regular employees will benefit from this. It has also been said by the government that these employees and agents play an important role in the development of LIC.
