Adani-Hindenburg Case: In the Adani Group case, another petition was filed in the Supreme Court today in which it has been said that a new committee should be formed to investigate this case in which experts related to finance, law and stock market should be given place. It has been said in the petition that by doing this this serious matter can be investigated in a better way.

A report by Hindenburg was published in January 2023 in which the big firms of India’s industry Adani The group was accused of regulatory failure and violation of stock market laws. During this time it was said that the Adani Group had violated the rules and manipulated the shares. After this the round of allegations and counter-allegations started.

Let us tell you that Adani-Hindenburg (Adani-Hindenburg) Filing a fresh petition in the case, petitioner Anamika Jaiswal has expressed her objections on several counts. The petitioner has said a big thing by registering his strong objection to OP Bhatt being given a place in the investigation committee in this case. Regarding Bhatt, he said that he is currently the chairman of Greenco Company which is working in collaboration with Adani Group. Even before this, he had served as the Chairman of State Bank of India. In such a situation, it is not appropriate to make him a part of the investigation committee.

Let us tell you that the Supreme Court had formed a team in which many senior people were included to investigate the allegations made by Hindenburg on the Adani Group. In this, Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, retired judge JP Deodhar and lawyer Somashekhar Sundarsan along with KV Kamath and OP Bhatt were included in the investigation team headed by former judge AM Sapre.
