The CNG version of the Tata Altroz hatchback will come in 4 trims XE, XM+, XZ and XZ+. Talking about the engine and power, a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder petrol engine will be given in all variants, which will be given a twin-cylinder CNG kit to give power. In CNG mode, the car generates 77 BHP of power and 97 NM of torque. Talking about the transmission option, it will get a 5-speed manual gearbox. The Tata Altroz CNG gets two 30-litre CNG tanks, which are placed under the boot floor. The ‘iCNG’ badge has been given on the tailgate of the car. Talking about the price, it is expected to be around Rs 90,000 more than the petrol manual model.

Tata Nexon Facelift
Tata’s best selling SUV Tata Nexon will enter with more cosmetic and feature upgrades in the coming times. The design changes and interiors of the subcompact SUV will be based on the Curve concept that was showcased at this year’s Auto Expo. On the inside, there will be a new two-spoke, flat-bottom steering wheel with control buttons, customized center console with touch panel and toggle switch for HVAC controls, new digital instrument cluster and new purple seat upholstery. Talking about the engine and power, it will have a new 1.2L turbo petrol engine which will generate 125 bhp power and 225 Nm torque. Apart from this, this car will also be available with a 1.5L diesel engine.
Tata Punch CNG
The Tata Punch CNG was first showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo alongside the Altroz CNG. Like the Altroz CNG, it gets a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine with a twin-cylinder CNG setup. The CNG version of the micro SUV will be offered with a 5-speed manual gearbox only. The CNG model generates 77 bhp power and 97Nm torque. Thus it will be slightly less powerful than the regular petrol model. It gets two large CNG tanks of 60 liters each under the boot floor. In terms of design, the Punch CNG gets the iCNG badge which differentiates it from the petrol model.

Tata Altroz Racer Edition
The Tata Altroz Racer Edition was showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo, which is a sportier and more powerful version of the regular Tata Altroz. The model gets a new 10.25-inch touchscreen which will also be offered on the updated Harrier and Safari SUVs. It also gets a new digital instrument cluster with voice assist and an electrically adjustable sunroof. The hatchback gets an all-black treatment with some sporty design bits. The biggest feature of the Altroz Racer is its 1.2-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine that generates 120bhp power and 170Nm torque. When launched, it will compete with the Hyundai i20 N Line. It can be mated with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Tata Harrier/Safari Facelift
The updated versions of the Tata Harrier and Safari SUV will arrive just before the 2023 festive season. Both the models get a new 10.25-inch infotainment system, which is claimed to have a better user interface. The SUV is expected to come with a customized dashboard, new interior themes and textures. As per reports, the carmaker could introduce a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine that makes 170 bhp power and 280 Nm torque in the 2023 Tata Harrier and Safari facelift. The updated models of both the SUVs are reported to go into production from September 2023.
Tata Punch EV
Tata Punch EV may arrive later this year. It is one of the most loved Tata cars in the country. The Punch Electric will be based on the new Sigma architecture, which is an updated Alpha platform. The powertrain setup of the electric micro SUV has been taken from Tata’s existing EV. It is powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor that powers the front wheel. The EV has been introduced by the carmaker in multiple variants and battery pack options. The micro SUV will get some EV-specific elements.
