Maruti Alto k10 rear seat
Two 6-6 feet people can sit on the rear seats of such a small car and three people with average height can easily sit. There is a lot of space in the car for the drive as well. Even though the steering is not adjustable even today, but after a short drive, your problem also starts to end. I have driven this vehicle for more than 1000 kms in the last 30 days and the vehicle has pleased me on many counts. However, it has also disappointed at some places.

Now if you ask how the car looks, then you know better about it. Alto is a simple car. However, the looks have improved as compared to before and this gleaming blue paint job looks really cool. In the interior too, there is no complaint of any kind from the vehicle. The touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay does a great job.

However, if you talk on a call by connecting Bluetooth or CarPlay, then the voice in front is not heard as clearly. Now I am seeing this problem only in this particular car. However, when it was run for the first time in Kochi, there was no such problem at that time. Apart from this, there is a lack of rear parking camera which I think the company should have given in the top variant. Even if it would have been increased by Rs 1000-2000, Alto buyers would not have had any problem and if they would have got rear parking camera in the top variant, they would have been really happy, especially women.
The new 1000 cc Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine delivers really great performance. The company has also done a lot of work on NVH levels. Whether you want to drive at a theme speed like a tortoise or speed like a hare, Alto gives you a better driving experience in both the cases. The engine has become quite refined as compared to the old Alto and seems more powerful to drive.

Due to AGS i.e. Auto Gear Shift, it has become very easy to drive Alto and whether it is traffic or in cities, the vehicle does not burden you. The best is its mileage, this vehicle easily gives you the mileage of 21-22 kmpl in the cities only. You can also pull mileage up to 24 kmpl on the highway. The ride quality of the new Alto is also very good and this car does not disappoint you at all on roads like villages and countryside.

The top model Maruti Alto VXi Plus AGS is priced at Rs 5.89 Lakh ex-showroom. Overall, even though some safety features are less with this price, but the performance, ride quality and space of the vehicle are really excellent.
