While Mahindra has sold 27,854 SUVs in the last month, while Mahindra Auto has sold a total of 56,158 vehicles in the last month. Mahindra giving tough competition to Tata in SUV segment
Looking at the Mahindra Auto July 2022 sales report, the company has sold a total of 56,158 units in the passenger and commercial vehicle segment. Of these, a total of 28053 units were sold in the passenger vehicle segment and then the rest of the commercial vehicles. Talking about passenger vehicles, Mahindra sold a total of 27854 units in the SUV segment and 199 units in the car-van segment last month. Mahindra’s SUV sales have registered a 33 per cent annual growth in July and 4.36 per cent monthly. At the same time, there has been a decrease in the sales of cars and vans. Mahindra exported 2,798 units of passenger vehicles in July last.

Mahindra XUV700 and Scorpio-N make a splash
Let us tell you that Mahindra & Mahindra’s recently launched SUV Mahindra Scorpio-N has created havoc in the market. As soon as the bookings for the new Scorpio started last week, 25000 units were booked within a minute and one lakh Scorpio-N worth Rs 18000 crores were booked in 30 minutes. At the same time, 1.5 lakh units of XUV700, launched last year, have been booked within a year and more than one lakh people are waiting for its delivery. Along with Mahindra Bolero and Thar, SUVs like XUV300 also sell well in India. On August 15 this month, the concept model of Mahindra’s 5 electric cars is going to be unveiled.
