CBSE Board Exam 2024: Big news has come out regarding the 10th and 12th examinations conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has given information in this regard that the new examination pattern i.e. appearing for the class 10th and 12th board exams held twice a year, will not be mandatory for the students. The Education Minister, in his interview to PTI, said that now the examination system will be completely optional and it will not be mandatory for students to take board exams twice a year. According to Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, this has been done so that the internal stress caused by the fear of single opportunity among the students can be reduced.

Preparations are on for a major change regarding the board exams conducted by the CBSE Board. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan told news agency PTI in an interview on this subject that this important decision has been taken to reduce the stress among the students. Under this, it will no longer be mandatory for students to appear for 10th and 12th board exams twice a year. Regarding this, the Education Minister also said that the children are ours and it should be our collective responsibility to keep them stress free.
Recently, the Education Minister had given information in this regard that as per the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, a new curriculum (NCF) has been prepared and other preparations related to it are also being made. During this time he had also said that now board examinations will be conducted twice a year.
Preparation to make comprehensive changes in the education system
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said about the changing education system in India that this is a change done as per the needs. We are changing the education system according to time so that quality education can be given to the students. Along with this, he also told that now Indian educational institutions are preparing to establish their campuses in foreign countries. Apart from this, preparations are also being made by reputed foreign educational institutions to set up campuses in India.
