Actually, Kismat, daughter of Ghanshyam Meena, a resident of Padla village in Rajasthan, used to see the bride coming from the helicopter. During this, she had expressed her wish to her farmer father that her marriage should be the most special. The bride had asked her father to see us off by boat. The farmer’s father has not only fulfilled the daughter’s wish at the time of her marriage but has also fulfilled it. Along with daughter and son-in-law, 50 people of the procession have been sent off by sitting in three boats.

The marriage of the bride Kismat has taken place in the town of Sonikalan adjacent to Sheopur district headquarters. The marriage of Akash, son of Sarpanch Harisingh Meena, was held in Rajasthan last Tuesday with customs. The groom’s father and relatives reached the bride’s house in luxury vehicles. He was bid farewell to Sawai Madhopur on Wednesday.

The procession vehicles came empty
Akash Meena’s marriage procession from Soikalan went to Padda village in Rajasthan. The procession went in 50 vehicles, a bus and 20 bikes. After the water eclipse ceremony, the procession left at 9:30 am on Wednesday. Some baraatis came back by bus at night but others came by boat. Their vehicles came empty 70 km from the bride’s house till the Pali bridge. The bride and groom reached the Pali bridge after traveling 12 km across the Chambal river and then returned home in vehicles.
